Before founding Precision Speaking, Inc. in Naples, Florida, Allison started the Naples Area Tourism Bureau for Collier County after serving as a regional director for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.  She has an extensive background in retail and hospitality and helped win the first Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award in hospitality service.  Allison is one of three speakers chosen for a national tour of a Leadership Conference for Women.  And she was named Speaker of the Year by the NSA South Florida chapter plus Outstanding Young Woman of America.

Allison has co-authored three books on productivity, leadership and life-balance.  She is featured in Mission Possible IV with Brian Tracy and Jack Canfield; she is featured in Career Compass for Women, where she presented simple solutions to setting priorities and managing time.  Her newest book, Life Compass for Women, features 20 easy-to-apply tools on how to reduce stress.
